Carrie Carver with the Lane County Sheriff's Office says the charges come a day after two bodies were found in the rubble from a July 16 house fire in Creswell. The 2-story home was located on a pig farm. The victims were 65-year-old Dennis Kelley and 69-year-old Carl McFarland. Sergeant Carrie Carver is with the Lane County Sheriff's office.</p><p><br />Carver: "Since the fire we have been out there sifting through debris and it's taken a little bit of time but we were able to recover two bodies. The bodies have yet to be identified though. The missing persons report that we put out on the 16th (July) for Mr. Dennis Michael Kelley and Mr. Carl Rob McFarland still stands. On his way to class on Monday, he noticed a dozen swastikas drawn on a cluster mailbox near the fraternity house. &nbsp;</p><p>Kalbrosky: “In the Eugene community, this is a rare thing to see. I’ve never seen swastikas in Eugene before and I know that it’s definitely a fairly progressive place when it comes to that type of thinking. Extra officers were on patrol looking for intoxicated drivers during a six hour block, Friday. 9 drivers were cited for impaired driving, 7 of those voluntarily agreed to a breath sample. The Eugene Police Department says during "No Refusal Weekend" not a single crash was reported, there were no fatalities, or property damage as a result of impaired driving. EPD was joined by Springfield Police Department and Oregon State Police as part of the state-wide effort to obtain blood samples.
