KLCC Webmaster and Marketing Director

Gayle Chisholm has been KLCC's Marketing Director since 1986.  She took on the role of Webmaster when KLCC launched its first website in 1996, and has overseen klcc.org through its 4th generation site which launched in the fall of 2013.  Gayle is also co-coordinator of the KLCC Microbrew Festival, held in Eugene every February.

Chiloquin High School students tour KLCC in preparation for their new radio station.

Program Director Don Hein explains the KLCC studio to students from Chiloquin High School on Feb 19. Chiloquin is a small town located north of Klamath Falls, and their high school has been granted a Low Power FM construction permit by the FCC. They came to Eugene to see an actual radio station in operation. Best of luck with your new station, Chiloquin High!!

KLCC News Director Honored by Nation’s Public Radio Journalists

One of Public Radio News Directors Inc's [PRNDI] early members and a former president of the organization is the recipient of the 2014 Leo C. Lee Award.  News Director Tripp Sommer of NPR-affiliate KLCC in Eugene, Oregon will receive the honor during the annual PRNDI conference in June.  Sommer is being recognized for a career committed to public radio journalism.
