Update: Eugene Police report 911 is now operational at back up center. Century Link is not on site yet and does not know why the 911 lines went down. Because the 911 lines have not been stabilized, if you can't get through to 9-1-1, please go to your area fire station. These stations have been asked to staff for individuals to respond there in case they cannot use the emergency line.
