OSU Professor Gives A Lesson In "Hop-Forward" Beer

Hops are a key ingredient in craft beer. At a lab at Oregon State University, the analysis and development of hops continue. KLCC's Emily Greene spoke with Dr. Tom Shellhammer, a an OSU professor of Food Science and Technology in Corvallis.
