Agapita Montes-Rivera and Jesus Fernandez-Zambrano appear downcast as their attorneys Jose Baez and Charles Herrmann address reporters about the death of their son in a February police shooting in Pasco, Washington.

The parents of Antonio Zambrano-Montes, the man who was shot and killed by police in Pasco, Washington, in February, have new details about their son's death.

The Franklin County Prosecutor's office is scheduled to release the same data to the public Wednesday. The prosecutor has announced no decision about whether any officers would be charged.

Charles Herrmann, one of the parents’ lawyers, said the amount of data is "vast."

"You got all kinds of forensic reports on the body, you got forensic reports on the guns, you got forensic reports on the rocks, you got the crime scene, you got lab reports coming from the state, you got them coming from the FBI,” Hermann said. “It's a lot."

Both of Zambrano-Montes’ parents looked incredibly sad. His father, Jesus Fernandez-Zambrano, stared straight ahead. His mother, Agapita Montes-Rivera, carried a small white washrag and dabbed her eyes periodically.

They had seen videos of their son's death that they had never seen before. Montes-Rivera said it was very sad to watch the videos and it was unbearable to hear the news of her son's death in February.

Zambrano-Montes was shot by police at a busy intersection where he had been throwing rocks. His parents' attorneys say they plan to propose a settlement amount to the city of Pasco.
