The Eugene 4J School District and the YMCA appear to have found common ground this week in efforts to relocate the recreational facility. They’ve agreed to tentative terms for the “Y” to purchase land at 24th and Hilyard.
The proposal would give the Eugene Family YMCA the option to purchase the Roosevelt Middle School property for 2.85 million dollars. That’s nearly double the Y’s September offer of 1.5 million.
