Keith Greeninger returns to the KLCC listening region with a few solo performances. Friday, August 21st he’ll be at the Barn at Yellow Bird Farm, west of Cottage Grove. Then he’ll perform at Fir Street Park in downtown Sisters on Saturday, August 22nd, and give a house concert in Bend on Monday, August 24th. His most recent CD is Soul Connection, which features Bonnie Raitt’s rhythm section, and Bill Payne from Little Feat on the keyboards. Keith came by the KLCC studios to share music on a beautiful Friday afternoon.

Songwriter Jeffrey Martin performs live in the KLCC studios, as well as introducing the recorded title track of his brand new CD, Dogs In the Daylight. He'll perform at Axe and Fiddle in Cottage Grove on Thursday, September 4th, and at the Sisters Folk Festival September 5th to 7th. 

Solas Plays Live At KLCC

The Irish-American band Solas stopped by the KLCC studios for an interview/performance with KLCC's Eric Alan. They are touring the Pacific Northwest in support of their latest project, Shamrock City. Solas plays the Shedd Institute in Eugene tonight (3/27), and in Sisters, Or. on Saturday night (3/29).

Welsh songwriter Martyn Joseph has recorded over thirty albums in a recording career spanning over thirty years, as well as keeping a focus on global activism the whole time. He joined Eric Alan for a few songs in the KLCC studios, before performing a St. Patrick's Day show at the Dexter Lake Club in Dexter, and another concert at the Sisters High School Auditorium in Sisters on Tuesday evening, March 18th as part of the Sisters Folk Festival’s winter concert series.

Country music vocalist Suzy Bogguss interprets the songs of Merle Haggard on her latest CD Lucky, continuing a long career that has featured platinum and gold albums, a Grammy award and a command performance at the White House. She’ll perform at The Belfry in Sisters on Friday, February 21st, and joins Eric Alan to talk about all things Merle.
